Meal Plan
Once your caloric need is identified and established through a 5-day food journaling and remote analysis of your body composition a meal plan is tailor-made keeping your specifications at the core. The meal plan is based on ingredients usually found in your home providing enough allowances to ensure you do not miss out on the joy of good food.
Workout
The workout regime is based on the American Council on Exercise IFT model and is designed keeping in mind your fitness level and specific needs or conditions. I believe in progressive overload to help improve mobility and strength.
Lifestyle changes
Maintaining a healthy balance by incorporating small, powerful habits during the journey is the key to success. Intangible benefits like regular pain-free periods, clearer skin, improved sleep, improvement in lifestyle diseases, etc. are but a few success criteria of the program.
